I was not intentionally in the market for a vehicle, but an accident forced my hand. A bad experience with a previous Ford purchase had me sure I would never buy a Ford again, but a friend told me to contact Robert Burns and I did. I was dead set on the path to buy a GM vehicle, but when I walked into the Burns Ford showroom, my car buying perspective changed. The sales staff was not a swarm of vultures, but instead welcoming and kind. The no pressure, no nonsense approach started to soften my attitude and after a night of thinking about the good deal they were offering, I returned to seal the deal. The process was great and when I came back to the service department on the following Monday to touch up some minor issues, I found that the service department was as stellar as the sales staff. What more can I say? Great job Burns Ford!
